MISSION STATEMENT

Oak Street Elementary School, in partnership with our families and community, educates and challenges every student to succeed and become a responsible and contributing member of the global community.

PRIMARY YEARS PROGRAMME AUTHORIZED

In March 2012, Oak Street Elementary School became authorized to implement the Primary Years Programme of the International Baccalaureate (IB). FCCPS is the first PreK-12 IB World School Division in Virginia. The Primary Years Program in FCCPS successfully completed the second authorization cycle in March 2022.
